چکیده
Soil salinity has negative effects on crop growth and production, melatonin (MT) plays an important role in regulating plant salt stress. However, it is not clear whether exogenous mitigates the effect citrus plants subjected to This study aimed explore response of (0, 50, 100, 150 µmol/L) growth, root hormone levels photosynthetic system trifoliate orange (Citrus (Poncirus) trifoliata L.) seedlings exposed 0 or mmol/L NaCl for 4 weeks. The treatment significantly increased zeatin riboside, gibberellin brassinolide levels, while dramatically reducing auxin leaf photosynthesis fluorescence indexes seedlings. partially ameliorated reductions height dry matter accumulation caused by Melatonin (100 appears interact with IAA but other hormones studied. Furthermore, stress net rate, stomatal conductance, maximum photochemical efficiency, PSII effective photon yield, quenching indicators leaves were also alleviated damage was reduced when treated melatonin. suggests that 100 µmol/L may be treatment.

Plant growth promoting bacteria effects on growth, photosynthetic pigments and root nutrients uptake of Avena sativa L. under drought stress
Drought stress is one of the most important factors affecting plant growth. Plant growth under drought stress may be enhanced by the application of microbial inoculation including plant growth promoting rhizobacteria. This research was conducted as a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design. The first factor included the bio-fertilizer (A. vinelandii (A)), P. agglomerans+ P. ...

A greenhouse study was undertaken to assess the salt tolerance of two citrus rootstocks, namely, Bakraii (Citrus sp.) and Trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata). A factorial experiment through a completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications and four levels of salt including 0, 20, 40 and 60 mM NaCl was conducted. After eight weeks of treatment, number of leaves, plant height, leaf...

15 صفحه اولMycorrhizal trifoliate orange has greater root adaptation of morphology and phytohormones in response to drought stress
Plant roots are the first parts of plants to face drought stress (DS), and thus root modification is important for plants to adapt to drought. We hypothesized that the roots of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) plants exhibit better adaptation in terms of morphology and phytohormones under DS. Trifoliate orange seedlings inoculated with Diversispora versiformis were subjected to well-watered (WW) and...
متن کاملEFFECTS OF SALT AND IRRADIANCE STRESS ON PHOTOSYNTHETIC PIGMENTS AND PROTEINS IN DUNALIELLA SALINA TEODORESCO
The aim of this study was to examine the effects of salinity and light intensity on the chlorophylls, ?-carotene and protein contents in Dunaliella salina Teod. The algae were grown in inorganic medium containing 0, 0.9, 1.8 (control), 2.6 and 3.5 M NaCl under three illumination regimens [4500 (control), 9000 and 11000 Lux]. The results showed that most electrophoresis protein bands were separa...
